Symposium “Reading Patina, Learning from the deterioration of built landscapes through time” to be held at the Technische Universität Berlin on Thursday7th, Friday 8th July 2016.
The symposium is supported by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) as part of the current DFG research project “Landscape architecture and the time factor: Construction research on the contextual change of built landscape elements and the development of optimisation strategies” at the Chair for Landscape Construction

Colleagues from teaching and research, students, construction and maintenance firms, government agencies, clients and other interested individuals are invited to participate in the symposium. By bringing together the different stakeholders involved in designing, building, maintaining and researching built landscapes we hope to deepen our knowledge and understanding of time based change.
The event is free but places especially for day 2 are limited, early registration is encouraged.
