ČAKA is a voluntary professional association of landscape architects in the Czech Republic. Our mission is to create a space to raise the professional level of our members. We build bridges between landscape architecture, other disciplines and the public.
Our vision is to defend the right to a healthy and safe landscape and dedicate the full potential of our profession to its continuous improvement.
ČAKA offers membership to authorized landscape architects, as well as students and other unauthorized persons who meet the conditions and helps them in their professional growth. We closely cooperate with a Czech Chamber of Architects and with universities providing a study of landscape architecture (Faculty of Architecture - Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Horticulture - Mendel University in Brno, The Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague).
We are a part of the non-governmental organization Society for Garden and Landscape Design (SZKT).
