The purpose of the interventions was focused on refurbishing the tourist and historical promenade routes, discovering the lost historical routes, highlighting the viewpoints as
well as the global assessment of the landscape in order to develop the functional reconversion project of the former Royal Fox Dens Area in a Cultural Center to promote educational activities, social, cultural and leisure activities of young people.

The second event took place on October 20, 2020 on the occasion of the International Landscape Day, under the auspices of the Royal Family of Romania and within the Romanian-Dutch Partnership “Urban Landscapes for Greener Cities”. This event began with the conference entitled “Integrating the landscape in sectorial policies in Romania” which was followed by a short visit to one of the landscapes created by landscape architecture students from the Faculty of Horticulture.

Strategies and projects developed in partnership with public institutions and administrations were presented, which have contributed substantially to the development of the local community, as well as the activity of integrating the landscape in national policies.

The visit to the USAMV Dendrological Park aims to analyse and research a Sustainable planted module, created about a year ago (on November 15, 2019), in collaboration with the Dutch Embassy in Bucharest and representatives of the Urban Landscapes Romania cluster, in order to establish the most resistant plant species, able to adapt and withstand harsh environmental conditions.

The purpose of this event was to publicize the interest that Landscape architecture within USAMV Bucharest - Romania has for the development and integration of the landscape and the values attached to it, in the development of the local cultural community and in the sectorial policies of the public administration.

We convey our message of adherence to the cultural values promoted by European Landscape Architecture.
