The neo-baroque park of the Kranich Museum has been revitalised in stages since 2015.
Having suffered during the second world war and throughout the time of the GDR, the park was subsequently abandoned for many years. Drawing on archive material, the main purpose was to incorporate the historical structures in the concept plan and increase the ecological value.
The project evolves step by step and makes the process of regeneration visible for all visitors of the museum.
